A leading fitness club operator in Jakarta Selatan is seeking an Administrative Support Specialist to assist in lead generation, account renewal coordination, and corporate events. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience, be proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia, and possess excellent communication skills. • Provide administrative support for lead generation, including lead pre-qualification, building and tracking a corporate leads database, cold calling, and coordinating meetings with potential partners.
• Assist in corporate account renewal coordination, ensuring agreements are renewed on time and information is kept up to date.
• Support the preparation and management of corporate documents.
• Monitor corporate member attendance and engagement regularly and collaborate with club teams to drive re-engagement through timely follow-ups, event invitations, and wellness touchpoints ensuring members stay active, supported, and valued.
• Coordinate with clubs, internal departments, and corporate partners to ensure successful execution of all corporate events, including logistics, scheduling, execution, and post-event follow-up.
• Travel may be required to support onsite events and corporate activities.
• Maintain and regularly update the corporate partnership database to ensure information accuracy and effective follow-up.
• Respond promptly to incoming enquiries via corporate generic mailbox and manage outbound communications professionally.
• Coordinate and send email broadcasts for mass communications and updates to corporate partners.
• Perform other related administrative tasks as needed to support the corporate sales function.
Requirements
• Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Sales, Management, or related field
• At least 2 years of experience in administrative or sales support roles
• Experience in event management, customer service, or the fitness industry is a plus
• High fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and spoken)
• Excellent communication skills
• Organized, confident, proactive, and detail-oriented
• Passionate about fitness and understands the value of health and wellness
• High levels of professionalism, integrity, and work ethics; well-presented and service-oriented
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
