Job summary

OttoDigital, bagian dari Salim Group Digital Ecosystem, membutuhkan Assistant Manager Corporate Planning & Budget Control di Jakarta Selatan untuk memimpin pengelolaan anggaran perusahaan dan perencanaan bisnis tahunan.

Peran ini menjadi mitra bisnis utama bagi tim komersial dan produk dalam melakukan penilaian keuangan untuk produk baru maupun yang sudah ada, dengan fokus pada analisis kinerja, laporan deck, dan kepatuhan terhadap kebijakan akuntansi.

Qualifications

• Pengalaman minimal 2 tahun di Corporate Planning, FP&A, Finance Business Partner, atau bidang terkait.
• Pengalaman sebagai auditor.
• Mampu membaca, menganalisis laporan keuangan (neraca, laba rugi, arus kas).
• Menguasai prinsip akuntansi, Excel, dan PowerPoint untuk laporan deck.
• Kemampuan analitis kuat dan pemikiran berbasis data.
• Kemampuan komunikasi lintas departemen yang baik.
• Keterampilan teknis akuntansi lanjutan dengan Excel dan PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Mengendalikan anggaran tahunan perusahaan.
• Menyusun rencana bisnis tahunan.
• Menjadi mitra bisnis bagi tim komersial dan produk dalam penilaian keuangan untuk produk baru dan yang sudah ada.

DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

As an Assistant Manager in Corporate Planning & Budget Control, will be responsible for controlling the company’s annual budget, preparing the annual business plan, and serving as a key business partner for commercial and product teams in conducting financial assessments for both new and existing products.

KUALIFIKASI MINIMUM

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Corporate Planning, FP&A, Finance Business Partner, or related fields.\
• Has experience as an auditor
• Strong ability to read, analyze, and understand financial statements (Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss, Cash Flow)
• Proficiency in Accounting principles, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft PowerPoint for deck reporting
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Solid technical accounting skills, with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset to support strategic business decisions.
• Excellent cross-departmental communication skills to collaborate effectively with various internal teams and stakeholders.
