Job summary

Pengiklan Anonim is seeking a Corporate Planning and Budgeting Manager to lead the analysis, planning, and presentation of the Company’s Work Plan, Budget, and Annual Business Plan. You will conduct macro and micro economic studies, evaluate their impact on financing expansion, and prepare strategic materials for the Board and management for shareholder communication.

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Management, Industrial Engineering or related major from reputable university.
• Preferably Master Degree.

• Prepare macro and micro economic studies and analyze their impact on financing expansion.

Corporate Planning and Budgeting Manager

Analyzing and compiling the Company's Work Plan, Budget, and Annual Business Plan accurately, comperehensively, and suistanably.

Prepare macro and micro economic studies and analyze their impact and potential for company's financing expansion.

Prepare studies and presentation materials that are strategic and have a big impact on the company to be presented by the Board of Directors and/or Company Management to shareholders and stakeholders.

Analyzing, providing proposals and compiling alternative steps to increase the company's funding and capital, including the placement of company funds.

Analyzing and compiling recommendations for improvement on the implementation of the company's financial operations.

Develop and update provisions and procedures as well as other policies in accordance with company functions.

Job Requirements :

Minimum Bachelor Degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Management, Industrial Engineering or related major from reputable university. Preferebly Master Degree.

Minimum 10 years experience with minimum 3 years in the same position/function.

Have an Analytical Thinking, Business Acumen, Continuous Improvement, Information Seeking, and Attention to Details competencies.

Have an understanding of Planning & Budgeting, Financial Analysis, Corporate Financing, Treasury, Project management and Technical Report Writing/Presenting.

Healthy, physically and mentally.
