Job Responsibilities:

1. Introduce products, develop, and maintain relationships with prospective customers and suppliers to secure new business.
2. Conduct feasibility studies to assess customers' creditworthiness.
3. Prepare initial proposals, credit proposals, analyze lease applications, and appraise customer credit risks; present findings to superiors.
4. Follow up on the collection of customer documents and visit customers to observe their conditions firsthand.
5. Obtain confirmation from superiors regarding disbursement amounts, adhering to company rules.
6. Implement marketing policies and operating procedures aligned with the company's business strategy.
7. Ensure payment collection from customers.
8. Prepare and submit regular marketing reports.
9. Respond to work requirements and instructions from superiors and management to accomplish duties effectively.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree (S-1) in Accounting, Finance, Marketing, or Engineering from a reputable university, minimum GPA 3.0.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in financing or banking industry is an advantage.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage.
• Knowledge of accounting and financial analysis.
• Strong sales, communication, and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Willingness to learn.
• Ability to work in a team, target and deadline oriented.
