Job summary

Revass Utama Medika PT in Jakarta is seeking a Corporate Legal professional with at least 1 year of experience to provide expert legal opinions and guidance on corporate activities. The role involves drafting and reviewing internal and external legal correspondence, and managing contracts across divisions.

The candidate should be fluent in English, with strong knowledge of Indonesian corporate law, business regulations, and regulatory compliance including POJK.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a corporate legal professional.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Strong knowledge of corporate law and business regulations.
• Strong knowledge of Limited Liability Company Law (UU No. 40 Tahun 2007), KUHP, KUHPerdata, UUCK, and UU No. 5 Tahun 2021.
• Strong knowledge of legal opinions and corporate contracts.
• Experienced in handling disputes and claims.
• Has completed or is currently attending PKPA (Pendidikan Khusus Profesi Advokat).

Responsibilities

• Provide legal opinions and legal advice related to company cases and business activities.
• Draft and review internal and external legal correspondence.
• Draft, review, and manage corporate contracts and agreements with other divisions.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, including POJK.
• Monitor and review regulatory compliance and company obligations.
• Handle disputes and claims involving the company.
• Prepare legal review reports regarding prospective issuers or products to be issued by the company.
