Job description

Develop standard contractual arrangements in accordance with hospital needs.

Ensure Group contract/agreement for completeness and include relevant terms, conditions, and clauses prior to signing by relevant approver based on the matrix set by Management.

Provide advisory support related to contract/agreement drafting and review contracts with non-standard terms and conditions for hospitals, regional offices, and head office.

Build a system to monitor and review contract templates, focusing on continuous improvement. Make necessary revisions to ensure relevance and communicate changes effectively across the Group for adoption.

Assist the Legal Operational Div. Head to ensure all documents, including contracts, statements, and reports, are legally safe, compliant with prevailing law, and ready for use.

Handle legal matters related to agreements, letters, projects, and operational legal issues within the assigned region.

Requirements

• At least 5-7 years of relevant work experience, preferably in a healthcare entity within a complex, matrix environment, developing policies and templates.
• Full understanding of the external influences on a corporation.
• Ability to create legal defensive or proactive strategies.
• High degree of professional ethics and integrity.
• Sound judgment and ability to analyze situations and information.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence, negotiate, and persuade.
• Understanding of Indonesian civil laws.
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Law with relevant professional certification.
• Willing to be placed in HO - Karawaci, Tangerang.
