Job Description

• Provide technical support on the development of corporate legal policies and SOP to ensure no legal issue toward the company
• Carry out legal review and support for any agreements/contracts in the company to ensure that it adheres to company policies & regulations
• Secure corporate legal documents through any related activities to ensure that it is secured and well recorded in the storage to maintain company files is protected
• Provide support in corporate legal matters in an effective and efficient manner including managing relationship with stakeholders
• Process and execute the establishment, review, and implementation of policies in the working unit including Good Corporate Governance (GCG), risk management, and compliance framework within the working unit

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's degree in Law from a reputable university; a Master of Law (LL.M) is an advantage.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in corporate legal practice, either at a reputable law firm (banking/finance/project) or as in-house legal counsel, preferably in the infrastructure or financial sector.
• In-depth knowledge of corporate law, banking/finance, capital markets, and related regulations - exposure to global bonds and ESG Advisory would be an advantage.
• Collaborative, humble, and comfortable to work in uncertainty with a can-do attitude.
• Proven skills in drafting, reviewing legal documents, and contract negotiation.
• Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Solid proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
