Job description

Organize and maintain all legal documents and administrative records.

Draft and review various types of agreements and operational documents (e.g., partnership, subscription, vendor, sales and service agreements, NDAs) to ensure legal compliance and enforceability.

Provide legal advice/opinion on company business actions and decisions.

Ensure and provide corporate licenses and permits in accordance to applicable regulations.

Monitor and update business activities in line with changes in laws and regulations.

Expertise with Intellectual Property (IP) objects through relevant Indonesian government agencies, as well as trademarks, patents, and related legal processes.

Ensuring the company’s Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy comply with applicable laws and regulations.

Offer legal support across all company business processes.

Collaborate with government agencies and external parties.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Law.

Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate law with proven experience in leading a legal team.

Strong leadership, with the ability to mentor and manage team members.

Fluent in English, both spoken and written.

Strong understanding of relevant laws, compliance, and industry regulations.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Critical thinking, attention to detail, and high integrity.

Strong multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and sensitive information.
