Job Title: Legal Counsel

Provide legal counsel across various business areas.

Establish legal policies, processes, and best practices for the company.

Advise senior leadership on regulatory compliance, sanctions, and legal risks.

Oversee contract negotiations.

Manage legal compliance, regulatory reporting, and dispute resolution.

Supervise external legal counsel and monitor industry regulatory changes.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB)
• Admitted to the bar is preferred
• Minimum 3 years of in-house legal experience
• Proven ability to draft, review, and negotiate contracts and commercial transactions
• Business-oriented mindset with strategic legal advisory skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
