Assist in fundraising activities, mergers and acquisitions, partnerships, and strategic investments.
Deal with potential debt and equity investors during the end to end process of fundraising and/or strategic partnerships.
Liaise internally with other divisions to achieve transactional goals.
Prepare fundraising materials including, but not limited to management presentations, financial model & valuation, competitor/benchmarking analysis, unit economics, ad-hoc business analysis, etc.
Maintain good professional relationships and provide regular updates to existing investors and other stakeholders.
Prepare presentation materials for board and management meetings.
Requirements
Degree in finance, accounting, or business administration.
Proficiency in reading, writing, and comprehending English for business purposes.
Prior experience in a similar role or Corporate Finance experience.
Adept at using Microsoft Excel for financial modeling and data analytics.
Excellent analytical skills as well as strong business acumen.
Possess good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with different stakeholders.
Result-oriented, organized, can prioritize effectively, and multi-task to deliver results in a fast-paced work environment.
