Job Description

Building and maintaining strong relationships with funding sources, including financial institutions, investors, and other relevant stakeholders.

Given current partners mostly are Banks (KBMI 1-4) and non-Banks (e.g. multifinance), you will be required to demonstrate strong relationship management skills, and is grounded in legal and business processes.

In charge of managing end to end interaction with existing and new bank partners and other channeling/executing partners to secure bigger disbursement volume.

Monitor and ensure that the investment process is carried out in accordance with the provisions and properly and correctly documented.

Preparing reports on funding activities and financial performance for internal and external stakeholders.

Create/compile reports for local and regional, including those related to investment meetings (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly & quarterly) for internal and external parties.

Perform detailed financial modelling and analysis to assess the viability of investment projects.

Support fundraising and co-investment initiatives by developing pitch materials, financial projections, and responding to investor due diligence.

Creating and managing budgets, financial reports, and forecasts to track funding and expenditures.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accounting/Management, or related field; MBA is a plus.

Minimum 10 years of experience working in the financial industry such as capital markets, insurance or banking, especially in the investment area.

Proven track record in handling channeling and or executing transaction structure with Banks/financial institutions.

Deep understanding of capital markets, including but not limited to the spectrum of equity management, bond and fixed income management, portfolio management, macroeconomics, qualitative analysis and valuation.

Collaborate with legal, tax, technical, and development teams to validate key assumptions and ensure alignment across functions.

Understanding and managing risk is a crucial aspect of fund management.

Strong time management skills are necessary to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.

Able to work comfortably in a fast-paces environment.
