About the role

Tycoplas Sdn Bhd, a leading manufacturer of FMCG plastic packaging products, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Corporate/Export Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. In this full-time role based in Sungai Buloh, Selangor, you will play a crucial part in driving the company's growth through developing new business opportunities both domestically and internationally.

What you'll be doing

  1. Identifying and pursuing new corporate and export sales leads through active prospecting and networking
  2. Preparing and delivering compelling sales presentations to potential clients
  3. Negotiating and closing sales contracts while ensuring profitability
  4. Maintaining strong relationships with existing clients and managing their accounts
  5. Providing feedback and insights to the sales and marketing teams to improve sales strategies
  6. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support the successful delivery of customer orders
  7. Staying up-to-date with market trends, competitor analysis, and industry developments

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience in a corporate/export sales role, preferably in the manufacturing or distribution industry
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients at all levels
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills with a track record of achieving sales targets
  • Fluency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin; additional language skills are an advantage
  • A self-motivated, driven, and results-oriented mindset
