About the Role

If you’re looking to be a part of a dynamic, highly-analytical team and an opportunity to dive deep into projects surrounding capital market strategy, valuation analysis and portfolio companies management, look no further! As our Corporate Development Associate, you’ll participate in GoTo’s strategy formulation and some of the most important decisions of the organization from a corporate development standpoint, and will be exposed to a myriad of situations, not just in financial analysis, but also in deal structuring, forming strategic partnerships and more.

What You Will Do

• Provide financial and strategic analysis related to the company’s capital markets strategy, acquisition, portfolio management and strategic partnerships
• Develop financial models and valuation analyses that help guide the decision making process
• Conduct industry and market research related to trends, risks, opportunities and competitive landscape
• Participate in deals end-to-end, including strategy development, deal negotiation & structuring, due diligence and coordinating with finance, legal, tax and other departments to ensure seamless deal execution
• Create presentations for senior management

What You Will Need

• At least 3-4 years of work experience in private equity, corporate development, Big 4 advisory, investment banking, management consulting and/or related experience
• Good grasp of accounting, finance, legal and tax considerations in corporate finance activities
• Solid analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills with high level of attention to details
• Works well under pressure to achieve tight timelines while producing high quality outputs
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
• Ability to manage confidential and highly sensitive information with the highest levels of discretion and professionalism
• Strong communications and collaboration skills. Excellent verbal and written fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English

Our team focuses on financial and strategic analysis to support the company’s funding, M&A, portfolio management, and partnerships. We build financial models, conduct industry research, and help drive key decisions through detailed valuation work.

We are involved end-to-end in deal execution—from strategy and negotiation to due diligence and coordination with internal teams. We also prepare investment memos and investor reports to support senior management and stakeholders.

With a strong foundation in finance, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration, we operate with a high level of professionalism, attention to detail, and strategic focus.
