Responsibilities

• Develop and execute corporate communications strategies that align with the company's mission, vision, and business objectives, ensuring consistency across internal and external messaging.
• Work closely with investor relations (IR), finance, and legal teams to ensure all public communications comply with IDX (Indonesia Stock Exchange) and OJK (Financial Services Authority) regulations.
• Provide strategic counsel to senior management on financial, corporate, and crisis communications.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop earnings announcements, annual reports, and financial press releases.
• Ensure compliance with disclosure regulations, including material information announcements, quiet periods, and blackout periods.
• Prepare C-suite executives for analyst briefings, investor calls, and financial media interviews, ensuring alignment with corporate messaging.
• Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including media, analysts, financial journalists, regulator bodies, and internal teams (HR, CSR, Finance, Legal, Operations).
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with financial and business media to ensure accurate coverage of the company's financial performance and strategic initiatives.
• Handle media inquiries related to stock performance, business strategy, and corporate reputation with a fact-based and strategic approach.
• Develop and maintain a crisis communication plan focusing on potential capital market risks, regulatory issues, and stock performance impact.
• Serve as a key contact during crisis situations, ensuring timely and strategic responses to mitigate reputational and financial risks.
• Conduct crisis simulation exercises with senior leadership to enhance preparedness.
• Support HR and leadership teams in crafting internal messages related to business performance, strategy, and cultural initiatives, ensuring clarity and alignment.
• Educate employees on capital market sensitivities, insider trading rules, and blackout period compliance.
• Oversee CSR and sustainability initiatives.
• Manage agency and vendor relationships.
• Handle reporting responsibilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, or investor relations.
• Deep understanding of capital markets, financial communications, and regulatory compliance (IDX & OJK rules).
• Experience managing earnings announcements, investor briefings, and crisis communication related to financial performance.
• Stakeholder management and media relations skills.
