A leading Thai restaurant group in Jakarta Utara seeks a Corporate Bar Manager to oversee bar operations, including inventory management, staff training, and financial reporting. Manage the overall operations of the corporate bar, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and financial reporting
Develop innovative cocktail menus and implement bar procedures to maintain consistently high standards
Ensure the bar is fully stocked and that all equipment is well-maintained
Recruit, train, and manage a team of bartenders and servers, fostering a positive and productive work environment
Monitor and analyse sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
Collaborate with the events team to provide seamless bar service for corporate functions and client events
Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and liquor licensing regulations
Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Corporate Bar Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry
Proven track record of managing a high-volume bar operation and leading a team of bartenders and servers
Strong knowledge of bar operations, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and financial reporting
Excellent customer service skills and the ability to provide a memorable experience for guests
Creativity in developing unique and innovative cocktail menus
Proficient in using point-of-sale systems and inventory management software
Understanding of relevant health, safety, and liquor licensing regulations
