Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



  • Develop and implement effective corporate communication strategies that enhance brand reputation and stakeholder engagement.


  • Serve as a key liaison for government affairs, building and maintaining strong relationships with relevant regulatory bodies and policymakers.


  • Collaborate closely with the regional corporate affairs team to align initiatives and ensure cohesive messaging across markets.


  • Identify and develop new initiatives and programs that create measurable impact and support business goals.


  • Monitor and analyze political, regulatory, and media landscapes to anticipate and manage risks and opportunities.


  • Prepare briefs, reports, and presentations for senior management and external stakeholders.


  • Manage crisis communication efforts when necessary, ensuring timely and transparent information flow.

The Successful Applicant

Qualifications & Skills:



  • Minimum of 7 years' experience in corporate communication, government affairs, or related roles, preferably within the consumer goods sector.


  • Proven ability to lead impactful initiatives and manage stakeholder relationships effectively.


  • Strong understanding of regional and global regulatory environments.


  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.


  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.


  • Strategic thinker with a proactive and results-driven mindset.


  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Political Science, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
