Job summary

A leading property development company in Jakarta Selatan is seeking a Corporate Accounting & Management Reporting specialist. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, preferred CA/CPA certification, and experience in financial statement consolidation and compliance. Responsibilities include preparation and analysis of financial statements, management reports, and adherence to OJK/IDX reporting standards.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Corporate Accounting & Management Reporting

Bachelor's degree in Accounting; CA/CPA certification or comparable certification preferred.

In-depth understanding of financial accounting (PSAK/IFRS, GAAP if multinational).

Background in a Public Accounting Firm (Big 4 preferred).

Previous experience working in a public company, especially one with multiple subsidiaries; property/real estate is a plus.

Experience in financial statement consolidation (including foreign subsidiaries), intercompany reconciliations, and CALK preparation.

Familiarity with reporting to the Financial Services Authority (OJK)/Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX) (audit, interim, XBRL, and other supplementary reports).

Detail-oriented, communicative (Indonesian & English), able to work under tight deadlines.

Proactive, problem-solver, and team player.

Able to start work immediately or within short notice.

Job Descriptions:

Prepare, consolidate, and analyze financial statements in accordance with PSAK and IFRS.

Provide management reports, financial performance analysis, and support the budgeting and forecasting processes.

Consolidate group financial statements (including domestic and foreign subsidiaries) and perform intercompany reconciliations.

Prepare audited and interim financial statements, as well as mandatory reports to the Financial Services Authority (OJK)/Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) (including XBRL and CALK disclosures).

Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and company policies.

Coordinate with external and internal auditors for the audit process.

Any other ad-hoc assignments.
