Overview

Cordela Hotel Cirebon invites young and energetic professionals to fill the following positions:

• HR & GA Coordinator (HRGAC)
• Room Division Coordinator (RDC)
• FO Supervisor (FOS)
• HK Supervisor (HKS)

General Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors degree in Psychology, law, Human Resources management or another related subject (1), hospitality background (1,2,3)
• At least 3 years experience in the same position at budget hotel
• Maximum 40 years old
• Have a pleasant personality, humble, have great multi-tasking skill
• Good attention to detail
• Familiar with HRIS (1)
• Familiar with VHP (2,3,4)
• Have a good communication and analytical skill
• Have a good leadership skill (1,2)
• For Indonesian only
