• At least 2 years of copywriting experience in a creative, digital, integrated, or advertising agency.
• A portfolio that demonstrates strong ideas and strong writing, not simply polished execution.
• You have a clear point of view on language, culture, storytelling, and what makes communication resonate.
• You understand that great copy works in context with visuals, sound, culture, and experience.
• Curious, collaborative, open to challenge, and ambitious about making work that has something to say and a reason to exist.
