Job summary

PT Summarecon Agung Tbk. is seeking a Coordinator - Finance & Accounting for Spring Lake Residence in Bekasi. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Economy and at least 2 years of related experience in real estate finance and accounting.

The successful candidate will coordinate journal records, vouchers and bank reconciliations, handle tax reports (PPh 21, PPh 23, PPN), and prepare tax accruals and adjustments. Excel proficiency and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Economy or related field.
• At least 2 years of working experience in Finance & Accounting for apartment/mall.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Check all journal records, cash vouchers, and bank reconciliations performed by subordinates.
• Handle tax reports (PPh 21, PPh 23, PPN, etc.).
• Prepare tax parking reports, accruals and adjustments of company transactions.
• Coordinate with all subordinates.

• Makes tax parking report, accrued and adjustment of company’s transaction
• Do coordination with all the subordinate
