Position Overview

Under the direct supervision of Operations leadership, the Coordinator is responsible for implementing health, safety, and environmental policies, procedures, and guidelines as instructed. Responsibilities are likely within a specific project, work site, or geographic location and include:

  1. Hazard identification and risk management
  2. Incident reporting, investigation, and causal analysis
  3. Waste minimization, pollution prevention, and control
  4. Emergency response and compliance activities across all HSE areas
  5. Oversight of the integrated management system (HMS) to meet company and industry standards
  6. Conducting and participating in internal, regulatory, and customer audits and inspections
  7. Record-keeping and administrative duties
  8. Providing technical advice, data interpretation, training, and process improvement

Qualifications include an undergraduate degree in an HSE-related field, Science, or Engineering, and at least three years of experience in Oil & Gas or Manufacturing.
