Job summary

JAPFA in Indonesia is looking for a hands-on Hatchery Technician to join our production team. You will perform incubation, hatching, and chick processing tasks, monitor conditions, and help with egg handling while maintaining strict biosecurity and hygiene.

Record and verify production data, hatch results, and logs; guide operators in routine activities; support daily operations and continuous improvement within our integrated poultry operation.

Qualifications

• Candidates must be able to perform incubation, hatching, and chick processing tasks.
• Ability to monitor incubation conditions and report abnormalities in temperature, humidity, or equipment.
• Knowledge of SOPs, biosecurity, hygiene, and safety standards.
