Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and cooking of menu items under the supervision of senior chefs.
• Ensure all ingredients are prepared and stocked before service begins.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, equipment, and food storage areas.
• Follow food safety and hygiene regulations at all times.
• Support in receiving, unpacking, and storing deliveries properly.
• Label and date all food items to ensure proper rotation (FIFO).
• Learn and execute basic cooking techniques and recipes.
• Assist in plating and presentation of dishes according to standards.
• Report any kitchen maintenance or equipment issues to the supervisor.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the superior.
