Job summary

The Naked Tiger Restaurant in Badung, Bali, Indonesia is hiring an experienced Cook specializing in Asian cuisine with strong wok skills. The right candidate will manage the Wok Station during service and prepare diverse Chinese, Thai, Indonesian dishes with authentic wok techniques.

We seek 2–3 years in Asian kitchens, comfort with high flame and fast tempo, and the ability to maintain consistency in taste, texture, and presentation.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in Asian kitchen / wok section.
• Capable of working with high flame and fast tempo.
• Proficient in stir-fry, deep-fry, and balancing sauces.
• Able to work under pressure; disciplined, neat, professional attitude.
• Hotel or high-volume restaurant experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and operate the Wok Station during service.
• Cook Asian dishes (Chinese, Thai, Indonesian, etc.) with proper wok techniques.
• Maintain flavor, texture, and presentation consistency.
• Prepare mise en place to professional standards.
• Control production timing according to kitchen flow.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Control stock and minimize waste.

Job Responsibilities:

• Mengelola dan mengoperasikan Wok Station saat service
• Memasak menu Asian (Chinese, Thai, Indonesian, dll) dengan teknik wok yang tepat
• Menjaga konsistensi rasa, tekstur, dan presentasi
• Menyiapkan mise en place dengan standar profesional
• Mengontrol timing produksi sesuai alur kitchen
• Menjaga kebersihan area kerja & standar hygiene
• Mengontrol stok bahan dan meminimalkan waste

Qualifications:

• Pengalaman minimal 2-3 tahun di Asian Kitchen / Wok Section
• Terbiasa bekerja dengan api besar & tempo cepat
