Job Descriptions:

1. Manage and monitor sales activities, including customer consultations for upgrades.
2. Handle negotiations and deal closures with non-upgrade and refund customers.
3. Develop and nurture relationships with customers for upselling and cross-selling.
4. Maintain related reports to track Tanam Consultant achievements.
5. Conduct periodic performance analysis and reviews to enhance Tanam Consultant performance.
