Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking a Controls Engineer to design, configure, implement, and support MES solutions in manufacturing environments, including MES-to-ERP connectivity and shop floor integration.

You will gain working knowledge of PLC systems and collaborate with IT and production teams to ensure successful deployment and ongoing support across sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience with MES platforms in manufacturing environments.
• Strong background in application development using .NET, Java, or SQL.
• Experience with system integration and industrial data exchange.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes and shop floor operations.
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

What You Will Do:

What We Look For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Proven experience working with MES platforms.

• Strong background in application development such as .NET, Java, SQL, or similar technologies.

• Experience with system integration and industrial data exchange.

• Willingness to relocate temporarily or permanently for SAT activities.
