Job summary

Eramet is seeking a senior professional to lead the WBN Mining Control Room project in Halmahera, Indonesia. You will design, deploy and operationalise the central and area control rooms, and coordinate the Fleet Management System across contractor equipment to ensure real-time visibility of mining activities.

You will drive data integrity, safety and compliance monitoring, and work with the IT teams to implement a digital data pipeline supporting decision-making for area Managers and the VP

Qualifications

• Engineering, Mining, Data Systems or related degree.
• 8–10 years of mining operations experience.
• Experience with dispatch systems and operational monitoring preferred.
• Fluent English; Bahasa Indonesia preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, deployment and operationalisation of the WBN Central Control Room at KM17 and the four area control rooms.
• Coordinate implementation and optimisation of the Fleet Management System across all contractor equipment and all operational areas.
• Integrate production monitoring, safety monitoring and environmental monitoring into a unified operational platform.
• Define and implement control room operational standards, governance processes and data quality protocols.
• Deliver a fully operational, integrated control room with real-time visibility for area managers and central management.
