Job summary

Description

The opportunity: Perform testing and commissioning for control and protection relay panel including protection, control, interlocking alarm and measurement to meet design and customer expectation. Generate test procedure and test report for testing and commissioning. Able to do trouble shooting if any problem face during commissioning process. To provide technical support to customer when they have problem related to protection application and communicate to factory if required.

How you’ll make an impact:

• You will involve in technical contribution, perform testing and commissioning for control and protection panel.

• You will generate test report for testing and commissioning activity, provide technical support to customer regarding protection application.

• You will provide Training for customer refer to the Project scope of work, give feedback to engineering team regarding the latest updates and application at customer site.

• You will educate and communicate the latest technologies update by Hitachi Energy regarding protection application.

• You will support sales and bidding team to provide the best solution for customer in the tendering stage during site survey.

• You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background:

• You hold a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or equivalent.

• Minimum 5years of experience in Substation automation, SCADA, or process automation.

• Knowledge of utilities and industrial networking concept, incl. communication protocols such IEC61850, Modbus, IEC 60870-5-104. Basic knowledge of PLC programming in accordance with IEC-61131-3.

• Experience with network engineering and ICT (PC handling, windows application, PC configuration, virus scanner, interfaces, back-up)

• Result oriented with excellent organizational skills, good systemic thinking ability and detail oriented.

• Good communication and information seeking skills.
