Job description

Bachelor degree in Mining Engineering from a reputable university (GPA > 3.0).

Maximum of 2 years of experience; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Knowledge of mining business processes, technical aspects, commercial considerations, market, HSE, policies, and regulations.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), with strong reporting and presentation skills.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

Effective written and spoken English communication skills to collaborate across divisions and with contractors (TOEFL score > 500 is an advantage).

Willing to be stationed at our mine site in Paser, East Kalimantan, with a 6-week on-site and 2-week off roster.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Manage the commercial aspects of mining contractors.
2. Monitor and control the implementation of the contract scope of work.
3. Resolve contractual and commercial issues with mining contractors.
4. Verify and reconcile monthly contractor payments.
5. Prepare review, analysis, and recommendation reports on mining contractor performance.
