Job summary

TechConnect seeks a senior Contract Manager to own end-to-end lifecycle management across business units. You will draft, negotiate, execute, and renew agreements while enforcing standardized templates and governance. You will lead a small team, manage cross-border contracts, and drive KPI-based improvements.

The role requires 10–15 years in contract management, strong leadership, and CLM experience. Expect collaboration with Legal, Procurement, Finance, and Business Units to align commercial

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, or related field (Master's preferred).
• 10-15 years of experience in contract management, legal, procurement, or commercial governance.
• Deep knowledge of contract law, commercial terms, and risk allocation principles.
• Experience in managing high-value, complex, and cross-border contracts.
• Strong stakeholder management across senior leadership and business units.
• Proven leadership in building governance frameworks and centralized functions.
• Experience with contract management systems (CLM tools) is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end contract lifecycle management across all business units.
• Develop and enforce standardized contract templates, clauses, and governance frameworks.
• Ensure all contracts comply with legal, regulatory, and internal policy requirements.
• Partner with Legal, Procurement, Finance, and Business Units to align commercial and risk positions.
• Drive contract risk assessment, mitigation strategies, and dispute prevention mechanisms.
• Establish contract repository system and ensure data integrity, visibility, and audit readiness.
• Monitor key contractual obligations, SLAs, penalties, and compliance adherence.
• Lead contract performance reviews and continuous improvement of contract terms.
• Manage escalations, disputes, and negotiation of high-value/complex agreements.
• Develop KPI framework for contract efficiency, cycle time, compliance, and value leakage prevention.
• Lead and develop contract management team across group level.
