Contract Logistics Information System Specialist FL-II

You will be part of our Contract Logistics team, bringing your technical expertise and skills to deliver Customer and Operational Excellence in a high-paced environment.

Your Role

Your primary objective is to provide professional warehouse management solutions (WMS) and/or transport management solutions (TMS) at site level. You will do this by working with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.

Your Responsibilities

1. Provide professional warehouse management solutions (WMS) and/or transport management solutions (TMS) at the site level.
2. Review IS application performance to ensure transactions are updated in WMS and TMS.
3. Support warehouse tenders for core and surrounding systems.
4. Analyze customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
5. Consult with stakeholders to pursue customer opportunities with competitive proposals and appropriate WMS/TMS solutions.
6. Follow up with users and operations teams to ensure smooth functioning of WMS/TMS applications for onboarded customers.
7. Assist with IS application configurations, EDI, testing, training, go-live activities, and provide hyper care support when needed.
8. Provide application support for existing operations along with continuous improvement activities and innovation concepts.
9. Regularly consult with key stakeholders and customers to review progress, focusing on continuous improvement activities and compliance with global standards.
10. Train users related to the system and work collaboratively with the team.

Your Skills and Experiences

1. Experience: Fresh graduates or up to 1 year of experience.
2. Diploma or Degree in Transport and Supply Chain, open to IT Background as well.
3. Strong knowledge of information systems related to operations, products, and services.
4. Excellent customer and people relationship skills.
5. Willingness to move and work in various locations as needed.
6. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
7. Compulsory knowledge in WMS and TMS, with Blue Yonder and JDA WMS being open to consideration.
8. Experience in project system implementation.
9. Ability to train users and work effectively with the team.
10. Willingness to learn, work in a team, and be a fast learner.
