We are seeking a Senior Contract Engineer with 8+ years of expertise in construction contract administration to manage contractual obligations, mitigate risks, and ensure compliance across complex projects. Your blend of technical/legal knowledge (Engineering or Law degree) will drive fair negotiations, dispute resolution, and alignment with project goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Draft, review, and negotiate construction contracts (EPC, FIDIC, NEC) with clients, contractors, and suppliers.
  • Ensure compliance with contractual terms, local regulations (Indonesian Construction Law), and international standards.
  • Manage claims, variations, and disputes, including delay analysis and cost-impact assessments.
  • Advise project teams on contractual rights, obligations, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Monitor contract performance, deliverables, and milestone payments.
  • Liaise with legal, finance, and project management teams to resolve contractual issues.
  • Maintain accurate contract records, correspondence, and change order documentation.
Qualifications
  • Experience: Minimum 8 years in construction contract administration (infrastructure, energy, or industrial projects).
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in contract management software (e.g., Aconex, Procore) and legal research tools. Advanced knowledge of construction law, procurement, and claims management.
  • Soft Skills: Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving abilities. Excellent written/verbal communication for stakeholder collaboration.
