Job description

Minimum bachelor’s degree (S1) in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Law (particularly if the focus is on contracts/legal aspects).

Professional training or certification in Contract Management, FIDIC, or Construction Law is highly desirable.

A minimum of 5–8 years of relevant experience in engineering or construction contract management. Experience in hydropower construction project will be viewed favorably

Demonstrated experience in managing EPC contracts, FIDIC-based contracts, claim preparation and evaluation, and contract negotiations.

Preferably has experience working on large-scale infrastructure projects, such as power plants, dams, or highways.

Strong knowledge of various types of construction contracts (e.g., FIDIC, NEC, lump-sum, unit price).

Proficient in contract drafting, review, and administration throughout project life cycles.

Strong skills in documentation, technical reporting, and formal correspondence.

Fluency in English (both spoken and written) is essential, particularly for international or multinational project environments.

Willing to be assigned to the project site, including remote locations, for extended durations as needed.
