Job Description

1. Develop and ensure the MBOS (Management By Olympic System) program can be implemented properly by facilitating KPIs creation, alignment process, and creating KPI Glossary.
2. Prepare Index Competition results to accelerate company performance.
3. Socialize MBOS culture with related divisions to provide awareness to all employees in each business unit.
4. Organize MBOS competitions and cross-sharing.

Requirements

1. Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any major from a reputable university.
2. 3 years of experience as Continuous Improvement / Project Management / Quality & Risk Management Supervisor in the Hospital/Pharmaceuticals industry is a must.
3. Have good knowledge and a willingness to learn more about business processes in the hospital industry.
4. Have good experience in creating and monitoring KPIs. Passionate about making continuous or project improvements for all divisions.
5. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
6. Excellent communication skills and time management.
7. Good proficiency in English, both oral and written.
8. Willing to travel to all hospital units.
9. Willing to be placed in Corporate Office, Serpong - South Tangerang.
