A leading HR consultancy is seeking a Continuous Improvement Manager to oversee initiatives that enhance operational efficiency within a well-established beauty industry client. The successful candidate will develop departmental strategies aligned with corporate objectives, raise awareness of continuous improvement among employees, and conduct evaluations related to policies. Candidates should have a bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Continuous Improvement.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles.
  • Knowledge of Integrated Management Systems (ISO 9001, etc.).

Job Description:

Our client is a well established company in the beauty industry, with a long-standing reputation for manufacturing top-of-the-line beauty products and beauty services.

  • Develop departmental work programs in alignment with the established company strategy.
  • Execute departmental initiatives to achieve the Corporate Vision, Mission, and Strategy.
  • Implement methods to raise awareness of continuous improvement among every employee.
  • Conduct periodic evaluations related to policies and the implementation regulations of Continuous Improvement.
  • Identify the sources of problems and implement resolutions and preventive actions regarding issues/obstacles.
Job Requirements:
  • At least 3 years in the field of Continuous Improvement.
  • Bachelor's degree from a reputable university.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial analysis techniques.
  • Able to develop Departmental Strategic Objectives (SWOT) in alignment with Corporate Strategy.
  • Understanding of Integrated Management Systems (ISO 9001, CPKB, SJH, & GMP).
