Job Overview:

You will be responsible for writing scripts for short videos on TikTok, Reels, and Shorts, along with captions and visual content. This role requires a deep understanding of the emotional stress and cognitive barriers faced by the target audience, especially around issues like debt, personal finance, and legal matters. The main goal: to create content that resonates emotionally, drives action, and boosts conversion. You’ll work closely with the visual design and advertising teams to ensure the content is produced efficiently and aligned with business objectives.

Job Description:

• Independently write short video scripts (TikTok/Reels/Shorts) using a Hook – Flow – CTA structure in both Indonesian and English.
• Explore content ideas from user comments, DMs, and consultation inquiries.
• Collaborate with CS/CRM/Ads Analyst teams to develop a thematic content map.
• Provide visual direction for each script (mood, expression guidance, dominant colors).
• Coordinate with designers on cover text, subtitle rhythm, and visual tone.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree from any major.
• At least 2-3 years of experience in Social Media, Content Writer or Copy Writer.
• Able to craft clear, effective, and logical storytelling within short-form formats.
• Understands when to deliver punchlines, pause for emphasis, and insert strong CTAs for impact.
• Capable of writing compelling copy that drives clicks, responses, and consultation actions.
• Skilled at identifying relevant concerns and timely topics that resonate with the target audience.
• Works well within cross-functional content teams to ensure cohesion and creative synergy.
