What We Are Looking For

1. Bachelor’s or D3 degree in any major (DKV, Visual Design, Marketing, English, and Communication are preferred)
2. Fresh graduates are welcome
3. Strong communication skills across cross-functional teams
4. Excellent time management skills
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
6. Passionate about creating content for clients from different industries
7. Fun, fresh, and active personality as #sosiakids
8. Active social media accounts like TikTok, Instagram, etc.
9. Proficiency in copywriting in English and Bahasa
10. Moderate proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Capcut, Adobe Premiere, etc.)
11. Basic knowledge of design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Canva) is a plus but not required

Job Roles

1. Create innovative content and participate in the production process, including acting as a talent for the content
2. Strategic content planning
3. Social media copywriting
4. Creating photo & video mood boards, styling, and planning
5. Basic photo and video editing
6. Maintaining daily content checklists
7. Conducting strong campaign planning for clients
