Job description

Responsibilities

• Prepare professional creative shooting script,aligning with the brand tone, including but not limited to detail storyboard, scene selection, prop list,model suggestion and copywriting, in various contents such as branding, drama, selfie, review, promotions, etc., according to overall content strategy ideas for digital marketing projects.
• Participate in the preliminary planning of the campaigns, write compelling and engaging content for various marketing materials. Develop brand storytelling strategies that resonate with our target audience. Complete the story outline, sub-script, character and other documents;
• Cooperate with the social commerce team and livestream team to complete the script industrialization development. Adjust the script according to the needs of the strategist director and the production, and balance artistic expression and commercialization;
• Conduct research to understand market trends and competitor script, analyze the brand sku in an outstanding point and optimize the sku introduction script.
• Ensure brand messaging is consistent and aligns with company values and goals.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor degree or above, majoring in editing, directing, film and television production, journalism, social-media and other related majors; proficiency in script writing, creative ideas and narrative skills; familiarity with shooting equipment operation and process, and able to guide the team in shooting.
• Strong storytelling skills and creativity: able to create engaging content hooks
• Knowledge of makeup and the ability to keep up with current makeup trends
• Ability to work within deadlines
• Proven experience as a scriptwriter for short-to-long duration videos (15 to 60 seconds)
• Capable of writing captions optimized for Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
• Prior experience as a scriptwriter is preferred
