Job description

1. Be responsible for the operation planning of different TikTok accounts, analyze the platform's popular content, and plan the account's direction.

2. Responsible for account topic planning, content creative conception, and production of popular content.

3. Analyze and review account data, and adjust posting strategies accordingly.

4. Independently produce short videos, including film, television, and variety show content.

5. Conduct high-quality promotion and editing of content as per business requirements.

6. Manage pre-advertising for short videos and ensure effective promotional outcomes.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above in directing, advertising, film and television, media, or related fields, with over one year of internet operation experience.
2. Fluent in English is mandatory.
3. Experience in TikTok account operation, with sensitivity to media data, capable of multi-dimensional data analysis, and strategic planning skills.
4. Strong copywriting skills and scripting experience.
