A fashion brand in Jakarta Utara is seeking a Content Operations Specialist to develop and execute content strategies for seasonal campaigns. The role involves creating engaging video content for social media platforms, managing production workflows, and ensuring brand consistency. Candidates should have 2-4 years of experience in content production, strong skills in video editing, and fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
Develop and execute a content calendar aligned with seasonal campaigns, brand storytelling, and e-commerce goals.
Produce engaging video content (e.g., product launches, behind-the-scenes, styling tutorials) for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
Scriptwriting for social media, commercials, and influencer collaborations, ensuring alignment with brand voice.
Creative Direction & Production:
Collaborate with designers, stylists, and photographers to conceptualize and execute photo/video shoots.
Manage pre- to post-production workflows, including storyboard creation, shot lists, and editing (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro).
Social Media & Digital Content:
Curate and create platform-specific content (e.g., Instagram Reels, Pinterest pins) to drive engagement and conversions.
Optimize content for SEO/SEM and track performance metrics (views, engagement, CTR).
Brand Consistency & Compliance:
Ensure all visuals and narratives adhere to brand guidelines and cultural nuances in Indonesia.
Review and approve third-party content (e.g., influencer posts, UGC) for quality and brand alignment.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure cohesive messaging across campaigns.
Troubleshoot creative challenges and propose innovative solutions to enhance content impact.
Experience:
2–4 years of experience in content production (fashion, lifestyle, or e-commerce preferred).
Portfolio showcasing 10+ pieces of video/photo content and scriptwriting samples.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in video editing tools (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, CapCut) and photo retouching (Photoshop, Lightroom).
Strong copywriting and storytelling skills for social media and marketing content.
Soft Skills:
Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written/spoken).
Exceptional creativity, time management, and ability to work under tight deadlines.
Passion for fashion and deep understanding of Indonesian consumer behavior.
Bonus:
Experience with AI-powered design tools (Canva, Adobe Firefly) or 360-degree video production.
Knowledge of sustainable fashion practices or ethical production storytelling.
Entry-Level (0–2 years): IDR 4,500,000 – IDR 6,000,000/month
Mid-Level (2–4 years): IDR 6,000,000 – IDR 9,000,000/month
Senior-Level (5+ years): IDR 9,000,000 – IDR 12,000,000/month
