A leading company in the beauty and fashion lifestyle industry is seeking a skilled Content Marketing Strategist & Social Media Specialist. This role focuses on creating innovative content strategies and overseeing production across platforms like TikTok and Instagram. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree, experience in content marketing, and strong communication skills to enhance brand storytelling and engagement.
Strategic Campaign Planning – Develop influencer marketing strategies to support product launches, promotions, and overall brand initiatives. Conduct comprehensive research and analysis on consumer sentiments and emerging social media trends.
Content Strategy – Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with the brand’s vision and goals, ensuring a consistent and captivating narrative across all platforms. Strategize content pillars and sub-pillars to align with marketing objectives. Develop content plans and scripts for TikTok / Instagram Video Ads.
Content Production – Oversee the production process of major projects, including creating storyboards and shot lists, and managing timelines from pre-planning through to final delivery, ensuring high-quality outputs that align with managers' briefs.
Campaign Management – Make a monthly campaign and content calendar for Instagram and TikTok. Develop content plans and scripts for Livestreaming & Short Video in Social Media & E-Commerce.
Performance Analysis – Monitor content performance metrics and utilize insights to enhance future content strategies and campaign success by tracking key metrics like reach, engagement, click-through rates, and conversions. Analyze the effectiveness of the content marketing strategy to assess its impact. Conduct comprehensive research and analysis on consumer sentiments and emerging social media trends.
Content Collaboration - Collaborate with the team to ensure excellence implementation of communication and control the adherence to content guidelines and achieve high-quality output.
Creative Development – Generate and pitch creative concepts and ideas for content that highlights the unique offerings of our IP or business.
Brand Storytelling – Translate our brand vision into compelling visual stories that engage and inspire our target audience, enhancing the customer experience.
Cross-Platform Integration – Tailor content for various social media platforms, understanding the nuances of each to maximize engagement and reach.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or relevant work experience.
Minimum two years of experience in the related field.
Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
Creative, team work, detail-oriented, communicative.
Strong communication ability (oral and written).
Strong copywriting and content writing.
Creativity and problem-solving attitude.
Background in researching, social media analytics, social commerce analytics, and developing marketing strategies and promotions.
Skilled with Social Media (IG & TikTok) manager, Microsoft Excel, and Presentation Tools.
Skilled in video editing (for IG content and TikTok).
Familiar with social media and social commerce ads.
Knowledge and interest in the e-commerce industry, beauty, and fashion lifestyle are necessary and important.
