Job Description:

We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on Content Marketing to drive brand awareness and patient engagement through compelling content. You will oversee the end-to-end content lifecycle—from planning and creation to distribution and performance analysis—across all digital and offline channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a content strategy aligned with brand and business goals

  • Plan and manage editorial calendars for campaigns and daily content

  • Coordinate content production, including shoots with dental professionals and ops team

  • Collaborate with marketing, creative, and clinic teams to deliver 360° campaigns

  • Analyze content performance and optimize for engagement and conversions

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in content marketing, preferably in healthcare, wellness, or lifestyle sectors

  • Proven ability to manage content across multiple platforms (social media, blogs, newsletters, etc.)

  • Strong project management skills and experience leading cross-functional collaborations

  • Familiarity with content performance metrics and basic data analysis

  • Creative eye with attention to brand voice and storytelling
