Responsibilities
- Work with the AMS Business Development team to identify opportunities to increase seller spending and creator earnings.
- Partner with the Business Intelligence team to analyze how creators contribute to revenue and identify areas for improvement.
- Spot underperforming categories, channels, or segments, and come up with both quick wins and longer-term strategies to boost growth.
- Collaborate with the Product team to improve features that can drive adoption and increase revenue.
- Help resolve common issues that creators and sellers face with AMS and content ads, ensuring the experience is smooth and effective.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor Degree with 2+ years of experience in fast-paced industry, preferably Tech, Management Consulting, or strategy role
- Demonstrated flexibility and ability to work in a fast-changing environment
- Ability to speak to technical and business stakeholders, users and interact at all levels of the organization
- Distinctive problem-solving skills with the ability to define problems and identify potential solutions
- Fast learner with a good sense of judgment and original thinking
- Excellent documentation, presentation, communication, organizational, and analytical skills, particularly implemented in a cross-functional and global role
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Google workspace, Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
