Position Overview
We are seeking a talented and motivated Graphic Designer & Video Editor to join our team and help create visually compelling content for various platforms. The ideal candidate will be a creative visionary with a strong portfolio of work, a keen eye for design, and the ability to craft high-quality video content that aligns with our brand messaging.

Key Responsibilities

• Create visually stunning designs for digital and print media, including social media graphics, website assets, promotional materials, and branding elements.
• Edit and produce high-quality videos for various platforms, including social media, advertisements, and promotional content.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align visual content with campaign objectives and brand guidelines.
• Develop and maintain a consistent visual style across all content to ensure brand cohesion.
• Stay up to date with the latest design trends, tools, and techniques to continuously elevate the creative output.
• Work closely with the content and marketing teams to produce assets that drive engagement and brand awareness.
• Manage multiple design and video projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in graphic design and video editing or a related field.
• Strong portfolio showcasing previous design and video editing work, with a focus on creativity and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.) and other relevant design and video editing software.
• Understanding of video production processes, from storyboarding to final cut.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of social media platforms and best practices for designing content tailored for different platforms.
• Self-motivated, creative, and goal-oriented with a strong work ethic.
• Experience in Web3 or digital marketing (preferred but not required).
