A leading company in the beauty and fashion industry is seeking a Content Creator Specialist. You will develop engaging multimedia content, collaborate with various departments, and manage a content calendar for social media. The ideal candidate has 1-3 years of experience in the industry, strong content creation skills, and a data-driven mindset.
1-3 years working experience in BEAUTY or FASHION industry is a MUST
Hands-on experience in content creation (creating, shooting, scripting, editing)

JOB DESCRIPTION :
1. Creating and Developing Content :
Develop and execute creative ideas for multimedia content that aligns with Laskala Brand Identity
2. Collaboration with Product Department :
Work closely with the product department to understand new products, key features, and unique selling points.
3. Cross-Functional Collaboration :
Collaborate with the sales team to determine which products will be highlighted and promoted. Align content creation strategies with sales objectives to maximize product visibility and drive conversions.
4. End-to-End Content Production :
Handle content creation, scripting, shooting, and work closely with graphic designers or video editors for editing content.
5. Content Calendar Management :
Develop and maintain a content calendar for IG, TikTok, Shopee, ensuring timely and relevant posts. Align content releases with product launches, promotions, and marketing campaigns.
6. Model Recruitment, Coordination, and Styling :
Coordinate with contributors to ensure smooth content creation processes. Stylize models to ensure a cohesive and on-brand visual presentation.
