Role Overview
As a Content Creator for Gently Baby, you will be the voice and face of the brand across digital platforms. You’ll produce compelling and thoughtful content that resonates deeply with modern moms—while also being data-driven and performance-oriented.
Qualification:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Content Creator or Social Media Specialist, preferably in babycare, beauty, parenting, or lifestyle.
- Proficient in various content formats and platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Threads, Reels, etc.).
- Strong understanding of social media performance metrics and how to apply insights to improve results.
- Skilled in basic content production (smartphone photography/videography, Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere).
- Great eye for storytelling, trends, and aesthetic branding.
- Preferably a mom or someone with personal experience in motherhood/childcare—to deeply relate with the Gently Baby audience.
- Familiarity with millennial/Gen Z mom audiences is a strong plus.
Job Description:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to identify target audiences and key messages for Instagram and Tiktok
- Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and photographers to develop engaging visual and written content for social media
- Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns and events, aligning with the overall marketing objectives.
- Monitor social media trends, industry news, and competitors' activities to identify opportunities and stay updated on best practices.
- Assist in analyzing social media metrics and insights to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
- Plan, research content in line with the marketing calendar and the latest trends
- Create/produce content on social media for product promotion.
- Responsible for posting all the content videos
- Identify trends and ensure those customers are reacting to these to help drive the growth of the accounts
- Promote content on social networks and monitor engagement (e.g., comments and shares)
- Research skincare industry-related topics.
