About the role

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Content Creator & Social Media to join our dynamic team at THE LUXE CULTURE'. This full-time role will be based in Surabaya, Jawa Timur, and will play a crucial part in developing and executing our digital marketing strategy.

What you'll be doing

Creating engaging and visually appealing content for our social media platforms

Developing a content calendar and implementing a cohesive brand aesthetic across all digital channels

Managing and monitoring our social media accounts, responding to comments and messages in a timely manner

Collaborating with the marketing and design teams to conceptualize and produce innovative campaigns

Analysing social media metrics and providing insights to optimise our content and strategy

Staying up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices

What we're looking for

At least 1 years of experience in a content creation or social media management role, preferably within the advertising, arts, or media industry

Exceptional creative and visual storytelling skills, with a strong understanding of social media platform-specific content

Proficient in using various content creation tools, such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, or Photoshop

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to engage with our target audience

A keen eye for detail and a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices

Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive content and strategy decisions
