We’re looking for a
TikTok & Instagram Content Creator & Planner who is both strong in
data and creativity, can spot what makes content
click, and has the drive to craft short-form videos that not only look good — but go
viral.
This isn’t just about making cute videos. It’s about
strategic thinking,
strong instincts and the validating hypothesis through data-backed experimentation to
create a winning formula to repeatedly create effective content.
Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of our TikTok & Instagram short-form video content
- Plan, shoot, and edit eye-catching, craveable food videos that follow current trends
- Analyze performance metrics (watch time, engagement rate, retention, etc.) and adapt content strategy accordingly
- Build out monthly content calendars that align with campaign goals and key product launches
- Constantly study competitors, audience behaviors, algorithm shifts, and viral formats
- Lead and ideate stories that people want to share — grounded in data and insight
- Work cross-functionally with product teams and KOLs to amplify reach
- Be resourceful, take initiative, and push content beyond "safe" and into "scroll-stopping"
- Enjoys being on camera and doing voiceovers
Who You Are
- 1–3 years of content creation experience (in-house, agency, or freelance)
- You’ve made videos that hit 10k, 100k, or 1M+ views — and you can explain why they worked
- Strong video editing skills using CapCut, VN, Adobe Premiere, or Final Cut
- A storyteller at heart, but with an analytical mind
- You ask better questions because you take the time to observe, reflect, and understand
- Fast-moving, self-directed, and capable of managing tight timelines
- Unafraid of feedback or failure — you’re focused on what works, not just what looks good
- You love good food and want your content to make people crave what they see
Bonus Points If You...
- Have planned or executed a successful campaign using KOLs or UGC
- Can present ideas with a clear rationale supported by data
- Understand sound, text overlays, and platform-native tools deeply
- Have side projects, passion reels, or a TikTok account that shows your range
