We’re looking for a creative powerhouse with a strong eye for aesthetics, storytelling, and social media trends. Someone who thrives on bringing content ideas to life—whether planned or spontaneous— and who isn’t afraid to get their hands (and phone) dirty on the field. This is a dynamic and operational role for someone who knows how to transform a content strategy into eye-catching, scroll-stopping visuals, and who can also capture the moment when inspiration strikes.

Responsibilities

You’ll work closely with the communication lead to support the strategic planning, but your main mission will be executing, creating, and capturing content that aligns with the brand’s style and objectives.

Qualifications

Content creation: shoot video and photo content directly on location (e.g. in stores, restaurants, events). You’ll turn concepts into visuals and be ready to catch spontaneous moments that match the brand tone The role will be diverse, as we work across multiple areas including outdoor adventures, animals, chocolates, food & beverage, hospitality, Balinese culture, and more. Every day will be different, so flexibility and curiosity are key! Passionate about creating aesthetic content, videography and viral reels Strong eye for aesthetics and strong understanding of our brands Assist in art direction during shoots with photographer and videographer Social media support (support the communication team in turning ideas and strategies into real posts) Adapt content to different platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.) Proactively suggest ideas based on what’s happening on social and what you observe on the field Turn everyday brand moments into content opportunities.

Must speak fluent English.

Available full-time.

Candidate must domiciled in Bali.
