About the role

We are seeking a talented and creative Content Creator to join our dynamic team at PT Showty Global International. As a Content Creator Beauty, you will be responsible for producing engaging and visually appealing content for our cosmetic, personal care and skincare product lines. This is a full-time role based in West Jakarta, Jakarta.

What you'll be doing

1. Develop and execute a content strategy to promote our beauty product portfolio across various digital channels, including social media, the company website, and email marketing.
2. Create high-quality visual content videos for beauty brand.
3. Develop-processing and passionate in Creativity in content beauty creations.
4. Collaborate with the marketing team to identify content themes and campaigns that align with the company's brand and objectives.
5. Analyze and report content performance and provide recommendations to improve the effectiveness of our digital social media.
6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in beauty content creation.
7. Experienced in digital tools editor such as Canva, CapCut, etc.
8. Able to work under tight schedules and timelines.

What we're looking for

1. Prefer 2 years of experience in content creation, ideally within the beauty or consumer products industry.
2. Fresh graduates welcome (must have graduated with a bachelor’s degree).
3. Able to speak English and Bahasa.
4. Strong understanding of social media platforms, with the ability to create engaging and visually appealing content.
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling and on-brand content.
6. Proficiency in using design and video editing software, such as Adobe Creative Cloud tools.
7. Keen eye for aesthetics and attention to detail.
8. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
9. Passion for the beauty industry and staying up-to-date with the latest trends and innovations.
